Exchanges & Returns
We have extended our exchange and return policy - we will accept exchanges and returns on unworn jewelry still in its original heat-sealed packaging for up to 60 days after the date of original purchase for all orders until further notice.
Most exchanges are made because of wrong sizing - once our team gets a chance to assess the correct sizing we will send out your jewelry once we receive the exchange item.
We ship all our jewelry in heat-sealed bags. For hygienic reasons and due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept exchanges or returns once the seal is broken — there are no exceptions to this policy. Please inspect jewelry carefully prior to unsealing your package. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns or exchange requests.
Any jewelry that has its heat-sealed packaging opened becomes final sale and is not eligible for return.
How do I exchange or return my item(s)?
For all exchanges and returns within the U.S., please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for your request and include your name, address, and order number, and tell us what new size you need or if you'd like to return the jewelry. You will be provided with a prepaid return label if you are within the United States. Please send your jewelry in the prepaid return label back to our address below. For exchanges, once we receive your returned item in its original heat-sealed packaging, we will send out the new jewelry using standard USPS mail. For returns, once we receive your returned item in its original heat-sealed packaging, we will refund your full amount to you within 5 business days.
International Exchanges and Returns
We can only accept exchanges and returns from countries we currently ship to:
Countries include Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Jersey, Spain, Denmark, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Mexico, Argentina. We do not accept exchanges or returns from countries outside of the ones listed above.
Please note: we do not refund shipping charges or cover the cost of shipping for international returns or exchanges. To initiate the return process, please send us an email at email@example.com with your return and exchange requests and include your name, address and order number. Once we confirm your email, please send jewelry in the original unopened heat-sealed bag to the address below. If this is an exchange, once we receive your returned item in its original heat-sealed packaging, we will ship out the new product immediately. If returning your jewelry, once we receive your returned item we will refund your full amount minus paid shipping costs to your account within 5 business days:
